We thoroughly inspect and, if necessary, repair the roof decking. We install metal drip edging along the sides to prevent water from seeping under the tiles and lay a high-quality underlayment that acts as a secondary barrier against possible leaks during severe weather. 

Finally, we install the new roofing, paying particular attention to the hip and ridge. Once we’re finished, we remove all debris for proper disposal. The final step is a professional inspection of the finished roof.
